Spotify Wrapped displays a variety of interesting statistics regarding your listening habits over the past year. Included are your favorite artists, songs, and podcasts. You can also view your annual total “minutes listened.”

Test of Listening Personality
This year marks the debut of Spotify’s Listening Personality test. Similar to the Myers-Briggs, but for music. Spotify describes it thusly:
“Your Listening Personality is a new feature that not only tells you about the music you listen to, but also what that says about your musical preferences — adding an entirely new layer of personalization and insight to the entire Wrapped experience.
If you’re a fan of personality tests — and who isn’t? — you’ll enjoy exploring the sixteen possible listening personality types we created for 2022 Wrapped.

Today, Spotify Wrapped 2022 is exclusively available in the iOS and Android apps.

Most-Streamed Global Artists: Becoming the first artist to top Spotify’s most-streamed artist list three years in a row, Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny topped the list this year with more than 18.5 billion streams. Taylor Swift (#2) is the second most-streamed artist and the most-streamed female artist of the year, followed by Drake (#3), The Weeknd (#4), and BTS (#5).
Most-Streamed Global Songs: “As It Was” by Harry Styles is the most-streamed song of 2022, with more than 1.6 billion streams worldwide. The second and third positions are occupied by “Heat Waves” by Glass Animals (#2) and “STAY (with Justin Bieber)” by The Kid LAROI (#3) for the second consecutive year. Bad Bunny holds the fourth and fifth positions with “Me Porto Bonito” (#4) and “Tit Me Preguntó” (#5), respectively.
Most-Streamed Global Albums: Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti (#1) is the most-streamed album globally, followed by Harry Styles’ third studio album, Harry’s House (#2). In a repeat of last year’s global leaders, Olivia Rodrigo’s SOUR (#3), Ed Sheeran’s = (#4), and Doja Cat’s Planet Her (#5) hold the third, fourth, and fifth positions, respectively.
Most Viral Artists: Taylor Swift is the artist whose music is shared the most frequently from Spotify to social media platforms. Bad Bunny comes in at number three, followed by The Weeknd at number two. BTS is the fourth most viral artist, and Lana Del Rey completes the top five.
The song with the most shared lyrics globally is “Heat Waves” by Glass Animals, followed by “Heather” by Conan Gray. “I Love You So” by The Walters comes in at number three. The top five songs are rounded out by “Summertime Sadness” by Lana Del Rey (#4) and “Somewhere Only We Know” by Keane (#5).
Regarding podcasts, The Joe Rogan Experience (#1) is the most popular podcast worldwide for the year. Following Call Her Daddy (No. 2) and Anything Goes with Emma Chamberlain (No. 3) are thriller/crime series such as Caso 63 (All Languages, No. 4) and Crime Junkie (No. 5).
