Custom PC building is a booming business, and builders compete to make the most unique and eye-catching designs with the best hardware. The case of one such PC brings the popular video game Minecraft to life by resembling a dangerously detailed block type. Fans of Minecraft will want to add this one-of-a-kind item to their collections.
DaKrazyKid is well-known on Reddit for displaying their RGB PC and keyboard builds. Recently, they revealed a custom-built computer that resembles an animated Minecraft magma block. The structure is cube-shaped and features details unique to the magma block, such as an RGB setting that emits the same glow as the block in the game. The flammable magma block type can be found in the same location as magma cream in the Nether world of Minecraft. It is dangerous for players to step on because it causes fire damage. In contrast, players and fans will want to get their hands on this PC.
Not only does the custom PC look great, but it also performs exceptionally well. The extent of the hardware is not specified, but DaKrazyKid noted the following powerhouses: MSI MPG Z590 Carbon EK X motherboard, Asus Rog Strix 3080 Ti, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance, 3600MHz RAM, Intel Core i9 11900k processor, and Corsair Vengeance RAM. The listed hardware manufacturers are reputable and heavily involved in the PC community, constantly releasing new PC accessories such as Corsair’s new gaming chair. DaKrazyKid’s company, SignalRGB, promotes the customizable RGB lighting in all of its builds, allowing gamers to personalize their gaming experience. Therefore, if a player desires the magma block to be rainbow-colored, he or she may do so.
The PC is certain to please fans due to the inclusion of a Strider, a Nether-dwelling, lava-walking Easter egg Minecraft creature. In the comments of the Reddit post, fans have already expressed their excitement and admiration for the structure, with some stating that it resembles an IRL shader. Nonetheless, others have voiced concerns. Due to its large cube-like form, the airflow may not be optimal, as DeKrazyKid noted: “It definitely gets hotter than a typical computer. It is, after all, a block.” In spite of its impressive hardware, the design may be more akin to a magma block than what extreme gamers prefer.
Fans of the game may find it interesting to see a Minecraft block built in the real world, since players are used to building real-world structures in the game, like an exact copy of the Eiffel Tower. This computer shows how Minecraft encourages all kinds of creativity by letting people build and share their creations. A winner will receive the Minecraft PC as part of a giveaway for which SignalRGB is renowned.
