Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania DLC release date announced and first glimpse of gameplay!

Dead Cells’ largest DLC to date is now available for pre-order on Switch and the Epic Games Store, and a new board game is in the works.

The Beheaded’s lack of a head does not prevent them from enjoying some tasty wall meat. Dead Cells’ protagonist will need all the help he can get when Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania launches on March 6 for $9.99 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

The Epic Games Store is now accepting pre-orders for the legendary crossover between indie gaming’s most beloved flame-wielding hero and Castlevania’s vampire-slaying badasses for the Nintendo Switch and PC. Those who are new to Dead Cells and wish to participate can also take advantage of substantial discounts. A package containing Dead Cells and the Return to Castlevania DLC is available for $22.99, while a package containing the base game and all released DLC will be available for $31.99 (price may vary slightly between regions and platforms). Dead Cells: Return to Castlevania Bundle (Dead Cells + Return to Castlevania) and Dead Cells: Medley of Pain Bundle (Dead Cells + all DLC) are available on your preferred platform’s storefront.

Richter Belmont and Alucard will be by your side throughout your quest to defeat Dracula, guiding you through the Castle’s labyrinth and providing you with potent weapons (sometimes willingly, sometimes not). However, where there is good, there is also evil, so watch out for formidable adversaries who will do everything they can to prevent you from reaching the throne room.
