(Last Updated On: May 4, 2023)

Your grand treasure hunt begins at either the Naranja Academy or the Uva Academy, depending on whether you’re playing Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet. When you need a break from adventuring in the great outdoors, there are always enthusiastic teachers, informative classes, and valuable lessons to learn, regardless of the game you’re playing.

Investigating the School

There are many places to visit within the academy, including the school store, biology lab, and your dorm room. These facilities allow you to interact with faculty members, converse with fellow students, and purchase useful items. You’ll notice that certain areas will occasionally display an exclamation point in the navigation menu; this indicates an opportunity to gain a character’s trust in that location. Go talk to them and find out how they’re doing!

Why You Should Attend Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet Classes

There are many reasons to show up to school in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, despite the temptation to skip class and join Team Star with their flashy attire. There are seven possible electives: biology, mathematics, history, languages, battle studies, art, and home economics. These classes are an excellent opportunity to delve into Paldean lore, brush up on your combat skills, and study virtually every other topic. Each course includes eight lectures, a midterm, and a final examination. You’ll want to pay close attention, as the midterms and finals will contain questions on key lecture concepts. The glad tidings? If you pass these exams, you’ll receive some excellent rewards!

Each class is taught by a different instructor, and the more classes you enroll in, the more chances you will have to interact with them within the academy. You will also have the opportunity to meet with Director Clavell and other faculty. As you get to know these individuals and earn their trust, they may ask you to run a few errands in exchange for meaningful rewards. Mr. Jacq, the biology teacher, will be available in his classroom to check on your Pokédex progress, so be sure to visit the biology lab when you reach new catching milestones.
